I've been going to LBV for about a year and I love it. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and positive! They're really an awesome hype squad. I get monthly HydraFacials and I think they've been great for maintaining my skin and I always leave with an amazing glow (I regularly get compliments on my skin post-facials!). I'm not interested in injections right now and I never feel any pressure to get them from the staff. I also get B12 shots and have seen positive results in labs at my primary care doctor. I had a double mastectomy with no nipples as gender care with Dr. Mangubat 3 months ago. I felt so comfortable the whole time, from consultation to surgery day to post op care. Every member of the team was so helpful and kind. I am someone who gets very nervous before medical care, and they helped ease that feeling. I really love this place. I have had a hydrafacial and lasers with Jacinda. She is so lovely. I got lasers for rosacea. I also get the b12 shots. I had some pretty prominent capillaries on my cheeks due to rosacea and after a few laser appts they are practically gone. I put a hold on my membership over the summer because I wanted to give my skin a break and the sun is enough of a trigger for me. I came back today for the first time in a while and we actually decided my skin looks really good and I probably don't really need the lasers today. I'll come back next week for a hydrafacial instead. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and not having me get the lasers. My skin is pretty easily irritated so if it looks good, Id rather pass on the lasers. Norma at the front desk is also absolutely lovely. Everyone I have interacted with here has been great. They also have not tried to push a lot of products on me. As I said I am really sensitive and I react to a a ALOT of products so they never try to sell me stuff. Everyone is so sweet here, Im actually a little sad to not need so much anymore because I enjoy chatting with everyone so much!
