Microneedling is an advanced cosmetic treatment that rebuilds collagen in textured skin for beautifully smooth and radiant results.
At La Belle Vie MedSpa, we use a specialized microneedling device fitted with several thin, hair-like micro-needles. When the device is pressed into the skin, these needles create small perforations in the surface of the skin that we like to call micro-channels. Not only do these micro-channels help your skin to better absorb nutrients from medical-grade skincare products, but they also trigger the body’s natural healing processes and stimulates collagen production in your treated areas.
Patients are able to see visible improvement in their skin’s texture and clarity with just a single microneedling treatment.

Microneedling Treatment Process
Each microneedling treatment is performed in one of the private treatment rooms at the La Belle Vie MedSpa. Before your treatment begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your treatment area.
Once numb and comfortable, your aesthetics professional will begin applying the microneedling device to the skin. This entire treatment process typically takes less than an hour to complete.
Microneedling Results
While there is no downtime or recovery period associated with microneedling treatments, patients can expect mild redness and sensitivity in their treatment areas similar to the sensation of a sunburn. These side effects are normal and typically resolve on their own within a few days of treatment.
The results of your microneedling treatment will become visible once the skin is fully healed, about three to seven days following treatment. Patients find their skin to be smoother and clearer than prior to their microneedling session. We may recommend a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart to achieve your desired results.
