Highly dedicated, innovative, and goal-driven, Dr.Tony is a Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon, educator and the Director of La Belle Vie Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Holding over three decades of professional experience, Dr.Tony enjoys leveraging his extensive background to not only shape new surgical leaders, but to deliver top-quality experiences, service, and value to every patient that walks through the door.

Based in Seattle, WA, Dr. Tony graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, studied surgery at the University of Kentucky, and received his cosmetic surgery training from Dr. Richard C. Webster (AACS’ founding president).

To date, he is the Director of La Belle Vie Cosmetic Surgery Center, a Fellowship Training Director for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the President of the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. As a respected aesthetic educator, Dr. Tony has led live hands-on procedures in 6 of the 7 continents.

Dr. Lena Weinman joins La Belle Vie Cosmetic Surgery Center & Medical Spa as both a cosmetic surgeon and advanced injector and wellness expert, where her exceptional skills and vibrant personality are known to enrich our dedication to outstanding patient care.

Dr. Weinman, who concluded her Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Mangubat in 2024, brings a wealth of experience from her background in Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a board-certified specialist by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she has been a devoted advocate for women’s health since 2008, supporting patients through all stages of hormonal transitions and childbearing with both compassion and expertise.

Her approach to care integrates a profound understanding of women’s health with a passion for cosmetic enhancement, offering a comprehensive and personalized experience. Dr. Weinman is also dedicated to the LGBTQIA+ community, providing thoughtful support for gender transitional care and body dysphoria, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and empathetic care.

In addition to her expertise as a certified neurotoxin and filler injector, Dr. Weinman has excelled as a Medical Director for various med spas in Michigan. Her active involvement with professional organizations such as the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American MedSpa Association, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine ensures she remains at the forefront of cosmetic advancements. Her clinical support at La Belle Vie Medspa promises to further elevate the quality of our services.

Dr. Weinman’s move from Michigan to Washington underscores her dedication to community and education. She has served as adjunct faculty at MSU College of Medicine and as an attending physician for multiple OBGYN residency programs. Her enthusiasm for learning keeps her at the cutting edge of new treatments and innovations in her field.

Raina is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse injector with a background in critical care and emergency medicine. Born and raised in Arizona, she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Nursing before spending four years on the front lines of healthcare. Now, she blends her clinical expertise with her artistic eye to help clients enhance their natural beauty and confidence through medical aesthetics.

Raina’s passion for aesthetics stems from her deep-rooted interest in skincare and wellness. Early in her nursing career, she dedicated countless hours to shadowing experienced injectors and was inspired by the transformative impact aesthetic treatments had on clients’ confidence. Committed to delivering natural, beautiful results with safety as her top priority, she holds certifications from the Allergan Medical Institute, Merz Aesthetics, and Galderma. She continues to refine her skills through advanced training, including the LA-MCA conference in Beverly Hills, where she participated in a specialized facial cadaver course.

Outside of work, Raina enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and puppy. A self-proclaimed foodie, she loves trying new restaurants, hosting game nights, and unwinding with a good thriller or romantic comedy movie.

Malissa brings a vibrant energy and a wealth of experience to her role as an injector and circulating nurse at La Belle Vie MedSpa. With 12 years dedicated to pediatrics, she developed a deep passion for patient care and honed her clinical skills. Her transition into the field of aesthetics marks an exciting chapter where she combines her extensive healthcare background with the artistry of cosmetic treatments.

In her current role, Malissa is known for her exceptional skill and her ability to infuse each interaction with positivity. Her enthusiasm and warmth not only elevate the experiences of her patients but also contribute to a supportive and joyful atmosphere among the staff. She has a unique talent for blending her clinical expertise with a skilled approach to functional medicine, offering a holistic perspective that enhances her aesthetic practice.

Malissa’s dedication to her patients is evident in her personalized care and her ability to make each individual feel valued and confident. Her adeptness in functional medicine complements her aesthetic work, ensuring a comprehensive approach to wellness and beauty.

Outside of work, Malissa enjoys traveling, embracing the outdoors, and spending cherished moments with her partner and children.

Norma is a licensed medical assistant phlebotomist, and a fluent Spanish-speaker. Norma has enjoyed a lengthy career working in the healthcare industry because it allows her to make a difference in people’s lives.

Her joy comes from interacting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. She makes it her mission to be a patient cheerleader in all aspects of the patient experience.

When Norma is not at work, she loves spending time with her children, attending concerts and stand-up shows with her loved ones, and going to the gym to stay active.

Heaven is a licensed master esthetician and proud graduate of the Euro Institute of Skincare and the Washington Laser Institute. Heaven is also NCEA certified, reflecting her commitment to the highest national standards in skincare. Heaven specializes in advanced laser treatments and acne management, bringing a results-driven yet compassionate approach to each patient’s skincare journey. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys hiking scenic trails, painting, attending live music concerts, and spending quality time with her family.
